What data do we receive?

When you contact us, we receive the information you share, such as your name, company name, email address, telephone number, location details and enquiry. We use this information to respond to your request and prepare a suitable demonstration or quotation.

Downloads and email verification

To download brochures and specifications, we ask for your email address. You will receive a one-time verification code. We temporarily store technical security data to prevent misuse and automated requests. GlasLED may use the business email address you provide for relevant follow-up concerning the downloaded document. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Security and retention period

Form and download requests are subject to technical limits to prevent spam and bots. Verification codes and download links expire automatically. We do not retain contact details for longer than necessary to process your request, meet legal obligations and conduct normal business follow-up.

Footfall counting

The ShopFront footfall counter provides anonymised visitor insights. GlasLED does not use facial recognition and does not link counts to individual people.
